WHEREAS a petition fcm the approval o� a �inal plat for the subdivision of
a cer�ain tract of land as herein more particu3.arly described, located within the City
La.rait,s of the �ity of Renton� has heretofore been presented to and filed with the City
Council and the City P1aru3.ing Commission and it appearing that the prelimi.nary plat
has heretofore been approved by the Plarm.ing Comm�.ssion after public hearing thereon

reconnnended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for review
