requirsd to meet certain obligations an.d expendi�ures which were nc�t £oreseeable at �
the time c�' the adoption of the 1962 Budget, and �

WHERFAS it is necessary for the proper operation and maintenance af the �

City and said Department to transfar funds between items and c2asses as provided �
by law and said transfers being in the publie irtterest and necessary to meet the
1e�a1 obligations af said Department, NOW THEREFORE
BE Ifi RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CI TY COUNCIL OF 'IHE CITY QF REN'P(JN, I
