af mcsre than twa-thirds af the property abutting apon said portic�rt of the roadway

That portion o£ South I28th Street located bet��een Rainier Avenue and
91st Avenue South, all situate in Renton, King County, Wash.ington,

City Counci2 Chambers in the City Hall of the City af Renton, Ring County, Wash.ingtcan,
be and it is hereby f ixed as the time and the p3ace when the aforesaid petition f or
vacati.ng the aforedeseribed roadwap shall be heard and determined.
The Gity Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of said time and
hearing es provided by law; and any and all persons intezested therein or objecting
ta said vacatian may then appear and be heard therean, or they rnay f ile their written
objections thereto with the City Clerk prior to or at the time of the hearing Qn
'� said vacation. The City of Renton also reserves the right to retain an easement for
, utility and other public purposes within said roadway sought to be vacated.
