Section I: That the day of Janu�ry, 1963 at �he haur o� 8;00 P.M. at
the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton, King County,
t�7ashingtan, be and it is hereby f ixed as the time and the glacs when the afaresaid petitzan
�or vaeating th.e af oredescribed roadway shall be heard and determi.ned.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed fi.o give natice of said �ime and
hearing as provided by law; and any and a11 persons i.nterested therein or objecting
ta said vacatian cnay th.en appear and be heard therean, ar they may file their wri�ten
objections thereto with the City Clerk grior to or at the time of the hearing Qn
said vacatian. The City of Renton alsa reserves the right to retain an easement f or
utility and other public purpases within said raadway sought to be vacated. I
