RESOLUTION NO. 1���
A RESOLU`I�ION of the City Council of
the City of Renton , Washington , declaring
its intentior� to construct and install
sanitary sewer lines and appurtenances in
the Maplewood area of the City and to
create a local improvement district to
assess the cost and expense of said improve°
ment against the properties in such District
specially benefited thereby; and notifying
all persons who may desire to object to
said improvement to appear and present their
objections at a meeting of the City Council
to be held on February 25 , 1963 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIZ'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON� WASHINGTON r as follows:
Section l. That it is the intention of the City
Council of the City of Renton , Washington , to construct and
install the following sanitary sewer I.ines in the Maplewood
area of the City, to-wit:

There shall be included in the foregoing the acquisi-
tion and installation of all necessary valves , fittings , coup-
lings , conriections , equipment and appurtenances , and the ac-
quisition of any easements , rights-of way and land that may be
required� and there shall be included the performance of such
work as may be incidental and necessary to the foregoing
construction and installation.
The City Council may modify the details of the fore-
� going described improvement where in its judgment it appears
advisab le , provided such modifications do not substantially
alter the plan of said improvement. A11 of the foregoing
shall be in accordar�ce with the plans and specifications
therefor to be prepared by Jack Wilson , the City Engineer.
Section 2 . That the entire cost and expense of said
iinprovement shall be borne by and assessed against the property
specially benefited by such improvement to be includec� in the
local improvement district to be established, embracing as
near as ma.y be all property specially benefited by such improve-
ment. 'That there shall be included in the cost and expense of
said improveme.nt all cost items specified in RCW 35.44.020.
Section 3 . That all persons who may desire to
object to the improvement herein described are hereby notified
to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City
Council to be held in the Council Chambers in the City Hall ,
Renton , Washington , at 8:00 o'clock p.m. (PST) on �'ebruary 25,
196�, which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all

matter� relating to said proposed improvement and all objec-
tions thereto and for determining the method of payment for
said improvement.
Section 4. 3ack Wilson, City Engineer, is hereby
directed to submit to the City Council, on or prior to the 25th
day of February, 1963 , all data and information reguired by law
to be su�mitted.
, 'I'he foregoing Resolution was ADOPTED by the City
Council of the City of Renton , Washington , at a regular meet-
ir�g thereof -�his 7th day of January, 1963 .
