WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a fina.l plat for t�he subdivision
of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located
I within the City limits of the City of Renton� has here�ofore been presented to and
filed with the �ity Council. a nd the Ci-ty Planning Commission and it appearing that
the pre�.i.minary plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Corr�nission
after public hearing thereon as provided by law� and
WI�REAS af�t.er due investigation the P].anning Cormnission has considered and
recoimnended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for
review before the City Council of t�,he City of Renton on January 7th� 1963, and the
�ity �ouncil having duly approved said final plat and sa� being d.eemed proper and
advisable and in the public interest� NOW THER�FaRE '
