the City of Renton to prepaxe and adopt a comprehensive street program for the ensua.ng

W'HEREAS the City of ftenton has heretofore duly prepa.red such a comprehensive
street plan dvly approved by its P7.anning Commi.ssion, and a public hearing hav3.ng
been held thereon on Deeember 12� 1961., after notice thereof as provided by law and
said comprehensive street plan now being in �u11 force and effect, and
WHER�',AS it has become necessary to �unend and modify said six year camprehensive
stree� p7�rr. in certain respects and a public hearing ha.ving been held relative to
said program as modified and amended after public notice has been given as provided
by law and a public hearing having been held thereon on Januaxy 28� 1963, and
I WI�',AS there were no written or oral objections to the amenclments or modi�fica-
tions of the comprehensive street program as heretofore adopted; NOW THEREFnRE
BE TT RESQLUED BY TH� MAYOR AND THE CITY COtTIQCII, OF THE CITY OF RENTON, AS

SECTION I: The compreherisive street program �or the ensuing s� years as
amended and mod.ified as per ttExhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
� -though fU.11y set forth herein be and the same is hereby adopted and ratified in a11
respects and said program as amended and modified is hereby adopted as the �ity�s
, comprehensive stree� program.
SECTION TS: The �ity Clerk and the City Engineer are hereb;� authorized and
directed to file said street program as amended and modified with the Director of
Highways for the State of Washington, together with a certi.fied copy of this
Resolution.
