BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR ANb TA�, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
A S F OLLCIWS:
SECTION I: Pending receipt of tax revenues due the CIT`Y OF RENTON, the
City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to transfer,
as a loan only, the following sums from the Cedar River Acquisition Fund, to-wit:
UPTTQ: Parks Department �35 000.00
>
UNTO: Library 17,000.00
UNTO: Depreciation Reserve Fund No. 7070 20,000.00
TOTAL $72,OOO,QO
and sazd loans to be repaici in any event not later than December 31, 1963 and to
bear i.nterest at the rate of three and one-half percent (32%a) per annum.
