WHEREAS the CITSC OF RENTON heretofore adopted Resolution No. 1077 under
date of December 6, 1960 providing for the imposition and collection of a certain charge
�
' against the Utility Departments of the Gity of Renton to cover administrative expenses
�
� and services for each such Utility Department, including sewer, gargage and water
department funds and such charge to be at the rate of �' % based on the gross revenue
� from said utility funds and such payments to be transferred unto the Current Fund, and
� WHEREAS it agpears that it would be to the best interest of the Citq to
f continue and maintain said service charge, NOW THEREFORE

� BE IT RESOLVED BY 3'HE MAYOR AND TEIE CITY COUNCIL OF T[iE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS:
� SECTION I: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
� directed to continue to transfer a sum equal to 4�� of the gross revenue on said s�wer,
garbage.and water department funds unto the Current Fund and snch payments to be
retroactive to January 1, 19b2 and to continue thereafter until changed or amended by
the City Council.
SECTION II: Any and all other Resolutions or Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 25th day of Februarq, 1963.
