WHEREAS the hereina�ter named employee of the City of Renton is a member
of the Washington Statewide City Employees' Retirement System, in the classification
of MISGELIANEOUS PERSONNEL, and said person having attained the retirement age of
si.zcty-£ive (65) years of age, and said person being physically fit to continue such
employment on a temporary basis with the City of Renton, and said person having re-•
quested an extension of the age limit under the Compuisory Retirement System, and
the Superintendent of Utilities and the City Council of the City o� Renton having
approved the request of said employee, NOW 'i'HEREFORE,
BE iT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF RENT'ON
AS FOLLOWS: �
� That the time of compulsory retirement of the following named employee of

the City of Renton, who is a member of the Washington Statewide City Employees'
I
� Retirement System under the classification of "MISCELLANEOUS PERSONNEL", to-wit:
MATTH�W KAUZLARICH
be and the same is hereby extended from May 1, 1963 to December 31, 1963.
A copy of this Resolution, adopted pursuant to Section XIV, Chapter 71,

� Laws of 1947, as amended by Chapter 228, Laws of 1953, shall be transmitted by the
� Clerk of the City of Renton to the Board of Tr�stees of the af oresaid Washington
�
Statewide City Employees' Retirement System.
