AND APPURTENANCES ON A PORTION OF °7M" STREET BETWEEN 12TH AVENUE NOR1`H AND SUPTSET BOULEVARD EAST AND TO CREATE E1 LOCAL IMPRUVEMENT DISTRICT TO ASSESS THE COST AND EXPENSE OF SAID IMPROVEMENT AGAINST THE PROPERTIES IN SUCH DISTRICT SPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY; AND NOTIFYiNG ALL PERSONS WHO MAY DESIRE TO OBJECT TO SAID TMPROVEMENT TO APPEAR AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS AT A MEETING OF THE CIiY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON SEPTF,NiBER��, 1963. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND TIiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION Is The City of Renton heretofore received a petition from the owners of property wfthin Che boundaries of the Local Improvement District hereinaf.ter more particularly specified which pefition was signed by the owner� of ptope�q aggregating a majority of the lineal frontage upon the Improvement and of the area within the proposed District; that in addiCion ar►d in support of said petition, it is the intentio� of the City Conncil of the City of Renton, Washington, to construct`�and install the following sanitary $ewer lines within that portion of "M" Street in the City of Renton located between Snnset 8o�lsvard East and 12th Avenue North, to-wft: PROPOSED L. D. 250 Approximate Size of Pipe On From To g" TTMi1 Street Sunset Blvd. Ea�t Approximately 760' South of Sunset Bou�evard East There shall be included in the foregoing the acquisition and installation of al2 necessary valves, fittfngs, couplings, connections, equipment and appurtenances, and the acquisition of any easements, rights-of-way and land that may be required; and there sha.11 be inc2uded the performance of such work as may be incidental and necessary to the foregoing constructian and installation. The City Council may modify the details of the foregoing described Improvement when, in its judgment, it appears a@visable, provided such modifications do not subataneially alter the plan of said Improvement. A11 af the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be pregared by 3ack Wilsor. the City Engineer of the City of Renton. SECTION II: The entire cost and expense of said Improve�.ent sha11 be borne by and assesaed against the properties specially beaefited by such improvement to be included in the Loca1 Improvement District to b.e estabiished, embracing as near as may be, all property specially benefited bysuch improvement. There shall be included fn the costs and sxpenses of said fmprovement all cost items specified in RCW 35.44.020. . �1� � , , y� , . 3 ( �RIGIR�'.` 586��ON III; All persons who may desire to object to the improvement herein described are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Renton, Washington a� 8:00 P.M. on Septemberl�o, 1963, which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relaCing to said proposed improvement and all objections thereto and for deteYmining the method of payment for said improvement. SECTION IV; Jack Wilson, the City Engineer, is hereby directed to submit to the City Council on or prior to said hearing date, a11 c3ata and information required by law to be submitted.
