owners and the execution of said Agreement haviri;; been delayed or omitted by
inadvertence on the part of above c�mers, and

the City to now execute such A.�reement effective as of 5eptember 1� 19b1 and such
Agreement to terminate in all events not later than September 1, 1966; NOW

BE I T RESOi�T�D BY THE I�AYOR AND T HE CITY CO tJNCIL OF THE CITY OF RLfidTON, AS
FOLLO[d5:
SECTIOAI I: The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the aforesaid ��Agreer�ent ana Conveyance" effective as of September 1�
1961� and submit same to the aforesaid prol�erty owners for likewise execution
and delivery by them unto the CitJ of Renton of proper Quit Claim Deeds or Bill
of Sale conveying said ?�dater System unto the City of Renton, without cost or
expense to the City.
SECTION TI: The ori�.nal of said A�reemei�t sha11 be recorded by the
property o�Jners, at their e�dense, in the office of the I�inn; County Auditor.
