WHEREAS the City of Ren-ton had heretofore purchased and acquired certain
Park Properties from The First Irroestrnent Company, a ��Tashington Corporation, and
Forrest V. ?�:Tilliams� a single man, and

Washington Corporation, also e;cecuted and delivered unto the City of Renton� a
certain. Quit Claim Deed dated I�Tovember 7� 1962, to a certain 12 foot strip of

WI-iER,FAS it has been determ:ined by the City Engineer, after careful investiga-
tion,, that The First Investrnent Com�oany had no title, right or interest in and to
such 12 foot strip of land as further described in the attached Ouiti C7.aim Deed,
re£erence hereby had thereto, and
