WHEREAS a petition for the a�proval of a final plat for the subdivision of
a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located ��ithin
the City limits of the City of Renton, has heretofore been presented to and filed
with the City Counci7. and the City Planning Commission and it ap�earing that the
preliminary plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commi.ssion after
purzl.ic hearin�; thereon as �ovided by law, and
WH�i.E,A5 after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and
recommended the approval. of said final plat and said matter having come on for
review before the Planning Commi.ssion of the City of Renton on or about November 13,
1963, and the City Council having duly approved said fina7. plat on or about
November 18, 19b3, and same being deemed proper and a dvisable and in the public
interest, NO�nT THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AI�D THE CITY COUI�IC2L OF THE CITY OF RENTOId AS
