directed to effectuate a transfer of the sum of '::88.1a1;, from the 1.959 Construction
Fund Cash Account unto the T�•Tater ��Torks Utility Cash Account, it hereby havin�
been determined that there is no lon�er any need for said balance to k�e retained
in said Construction account,, and said account is hereby �u1,ly closed out.
