WHEI2EAS emergency Ordinance IVo. 2070 was passed and approved under date
of December 23, 1963 providing for the appropriation of the sum of $20,040.00
for expenditure by the Off-S�reet Parking Fund, 7039.1, Gapital Outlay No. I�11,
and
WHEREAS said sum so appropriated wil� be derived fram the Cedar River
Acquisi�ion Fund, and the purpose of said emergency ordinance being for the
payment of the acquisition af a cer�ain aff-street parking 3ot and other muni-
cipal gurposes, NOW THEREFORE
$E IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CQU�dCIL OF THE GITY OP RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The sur�i o� $20,000.00 heretofore apprapriated to the Of�-Street
Parking Pund, as above-specified, shall be repaid by said Off-Stree� Parking
Fund frorn parking meter �revenues, unto the Gedar River Acguisition Fund and such
to bear interest at the ra�e o� 4% per ar�a,m.
repayment to be made in any event not 1a�ter �han 3�ecember 31, 1965,1 It being
expressiy understaad that said appropra.ation and �ransfer unta �he Off-Street
Parking Fund far �he aforesaid purpase sha3.l canstitute a loan ta said fund.
