and any and al2 amendmettts, additions or modifications thereto when filed r_�ith the
City Clsrk by authorizafiion o� the City CaunCil from time to time shall be con-
� sidered and accepted and constitute a part of such STANDARD SP�GIFICATIOILS withaut
i the necessity of further adoption of sueh amendments, additions er modifications
