WHEREAS it is necessary ror the below mentioned iund to borrow a
certain sum �rom the Current Fund and stzch loan being necessary and
required For the proper adminis�tration or said City funds, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED 87t' THE MAYOR A�TD THE CI�'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENT4� AS �OLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Clerk and the �ity•Treasurer are lzereby author-
ized and directed to transEer the following sum, as a loan only, trom
the Current Fund, to-witc

UNTO: Street Fund $6, 3�5011
which loan shall be repaid in any eyent not later than December 3Z, 1965
and bear interest at the rate of 4q.
