S�IHER,E�,S a petition has been f iled �,�ith the City Clerk of the CITY OF R�NTOP?
on or about June 29, 1964 petitioning for the vacation of a portion of a certain
street as hereinafter more particularly described and said petition being signed
by the owners of more than two-thirds of the property abutting upon said portion of
the street sought to be vacated, same being described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of County ��oad #r'34 lying 4aithin Tract lE3 of C. D. Hillman`s
Lake �Tashington Garden of Lden, Division r?o. 3, all situate in Renton,
King County, G7ashington,
NO�,i THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY TfI� �IAYOR [�R�D TI� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y OF RENTOn
AS FQLLGGJS:
SLCTION I; That the 24th day of August, 1964 at the hour of 5:00 P.M.
at the City Council Chambers in the �ity �Iall of P.enton, �-?ashington, be and is
hereby f ixed as the time and place when the aforesaid petition for vacatin� portion
of the aforesaid street shall be heard and determined.
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and c3irected to give notice
of said tixne and hearing as provided by la���; and any and all persons interested
therein or objecting to said vacation may then apnear and be heard thsreon, or
they may file their written objections thereto with the City Clerl: prior to or at
the time of the hearing on sa id vacation.
SECTION III: The CITY OF P�NT4N reserves the right to retain an easement
for utility and other public purposes s��ithin said street right�of-way saught to be
vacated,
