��1HEREAS under Chapter VII , 'Title IV (Building Regnlations) of Ordinance
P3Q. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as a�ended�
a�d the raaps adopted in conjunction tt�erewith, the properties hereinbelow described
have heretoEore been zoned as General ClassiEication and General Suburban 2a�idence
District (G� GS-1) ; and
t�:�tEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said properties
h�s been filed with the City on or about August 31 � 1964� which petition was then
refexred to the Planning Comarission for investigation, study and public hearing�
a�d a public hearing having been held thereon on or about October 28, 1964; all
pucsuant to notice oE heari.ng duly published and posted as provided by law; ar►d said
matter haviag been duly considered by the Planning Commission� and all parties having
beer� heard appearing in support thereof or i.n opposition th�reto� NO��J THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEiE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OR THF CITY OF RENTON,
