No. 2628 entitled "Code of Gene�al Ordiaances of the C:.ty c� t'e�ton" are hereby a�nended
to read as foi�ows:

Any person who neglects to answer to Che charges set forth in such notice Qr ta
post bail therefor as her�inabove provided shall be guilty of a violation of this
Section regardless of the .charges for which the not3ce was originaliy issued aAd sha�i
upon conviction thereof be fined ia a su� not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00)
Section 10-706, as eiueaded; UNLAWFUL�T� EXTEND TIME: It shall be unlawful for
any person �o deposit, or cause to be depoaited, in a. parkiag meter a five cenC ,(5�)
or tea cent (lOF} coin for the purpose of extending tihe parking time beyoad the a►axi-
mum time fixed by the regulatioas of the City or as specified on said parking meter:
Any person charged with an offense .under this Section shall .be fined as st$ted
in the preceding Section of this Chapter. (10-705)
Section 2: This Ordinance shali be in full force and effect from and after
its gassage, approval and Ieg�l publication.
