AN ORDIIdANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHIAtG'i'ON, . CHAIVGING
THE ZONIIVG CLASSIFICATICIN OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES W�THIN THE
CITY OF REN'T�N FROM BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) and dEf�ERA�.
CLASSIFiEATION DISTRICT (G-6000) 'P� LIGHT INDUSTRY D15�'TRICT
(L-1)
WEiEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Business Regulations) of Ordin�hce
No. 1b28 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City �f Renton", a$ aMended �
and the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the properties hereinbelow descY�ibed
have heretofore been zoned as Business DistricC <B-1) and General Classification
District (G-6000) , and
tn]HEREAS a proper petition for change of zone cTassification of said properties
tias b�en filed with the City on or about March 3, 1965� which petition was then
referred to ttie Planning Cocn�►ission for investigation, and a public hearing having been
held thereon on March 24, 1965, all pursuant to notice of public hearing duly p�blished
and posted as provided by law; and said cnatter having been duly considered by the
Planning Commission, and all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof

FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The £oilowing described parcel o£ property in the CITX OF REN'Pa1V
is here�y reaoned to Light Zndustry District (I�-1) ; the City Engineer and the Plannin�;
Direct�r are hereby authori2ed attd directed to change the maps o£ the Zoning Ordinance,
as amended, to evidence said rezoning:
Lots 8, 9, 10, lI , 12, 13, Block 27 , C.D. Hillman's Earlington
Gardens Division No. 1 , all situate in Renton, King County, Washington.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fron and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
