WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone cZassifica�ion of saia properties
has been on file with the City since on or about January 28, 1965, fahich petition was
then referred to the Planning Comr�ission for investigation, study and. public hearing,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or abaut I�iarch 24, 1965' ; all pursuant
to notice of hearing duly published and posted as prov�ded by law; and said :�atter

D-,�e11 ings��(R-4) as specif ied below; the City Engineer and the Planning Director are
h�reby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as a�ended,
to evidence sa id rezoning:
Parcel �1 - rezoned to Business District ($-1):
The westerly I00 feet, measured along the notherly and southerly lines, of
the following described property: The Southerly 160 feet of the northerly
235 feet of tracts 312,313, 314 and 315 of C, D, Hillman's Lake G•7ashington
Garden of Eden Division No. 5, according to plat thereof recorded in
volur.ie 11 of plats, page 83, records of i:ing County, 6lashington; EXCEPT
the westerly 6� feet of said tract 312 conveyed to ICing County for road;
and F�CEPT that portion of said tracts 314 and 315 conveyed to the State
of G7ashington by deed recorded under �uditor's file No. 4655599.
