CITY OF RENTON FROM I2ESIDENfiIAL DISTRICT (R-2) TO BUSINESS
DISTRICT CB-1)
�IHEREAS under Chapter VZI, Tztle IV CB�siness Reguiations) of Ordinance
No, 1628 knawn as the "Code af General Qrdinances of the City of Rentoz�", as amended,
and the maps adopted in conjunctian therewith, the praperties hereinbelow described
have heretafore been zoned as cZesidential. District (R�) , and

referred ta the Planning Cammission for investigatian, and a public hearing having been �
