Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinanaes af the C�ty of
Renton" is hereby amended to read as follows: �
Section 5-201 DEFIIdITIONS - as amended: When used in this Ordin�t�c� �hd unless
otherwise distinctly expressed, the following words and phrases �hall ha�e the tne�nings
set out herein:
Admi,ssion Char�e: The term "admission charge" or "general admission
charge" shall taean the regular and customsry charge for the right or
privilege to ettend or be admitted to any horse racing activities
within the City of Renton,
City Treasurert The .term "City Treasurer" shall include the collector
of C ity texe a f or the C ity of Re nton.
Persoa: The term "persor►" shell include an individual, f irm, corporation,
company, partnership� association and eny person acting in a fiduciary
capacity.
SECTION 2: All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTIflN 3: T1iis �rdinsnce shall be i.n full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval arid legal publication.
