�JHEI2EAS under the provisions o�' �.C.EJ, 35.Z3,130, as a�ended, �► ��titi�n in ��
writing requesting that certain territory contiguous ta the citq lic�its af thl� CITY OF
�2EiV'Ft}AI, as hereinafter c�are �rticu3arly des�ribed , be annexed to the CITY OF REN'I�ON
was du2y gresented and filed with the City Clerk on or about April 14, 1955; and
WHEI�EAS prior to the filing and circulation of said petition far annexation, �
the petitioning owners had duly notified the City Council of their intention to co�ence j
such proceedings as pravided by Iaw and upon hearing, it having been, deternined and the
petitioning owners having so agreed ta assu�ae Lhe pre-existing banded indebtedness of
� tha CI'I`Y OF RII�ITON as sa�e pertains to the territory petitioned to be annexed as
further specified in R.C.W. 35.13.125 et seq; and I
6aHE2EAS the City Engineer has duly exanined and verified the signatures �
thereon and deternined the assessed valuatian a� aII the properties, the sane being I
in excess of 75% af the area so petitioning ia value as provided by law, which
petitian also sets forth the legal description af the praperty according to govern- I
r�enta2 legal subdivision or plat, and the Flanning Co��ission of the CITY OF RENT`C1N
having duly considered and recorar�ended the aanexing of said property to the CITY; and

ceedings having been dispensed with by the �e�bers o� said Review �oard; and I
WHEREAS the City Council fixed May I7 , 1965 at the City Council Charabers in
the City Ha21 as the tine ar►d p2ace for public hearing upan said petition, notice
thereaf having been given as provided by law; and
WHEREAS pursuant to such notice, a public hearing has been held at the tine
and place specified in the aforesaid notice, and the Cauncil having duly considered
all �atters irt cannection with said petition and furth�r deter�ined that ail lega7, i
