the �aps adopted in conjuncfiion therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as Residential District (R-3) and
WHEREAS a praper patition far change of zone CI183T.�1C8t2.t}tt of said property
has been filed with the City Clerk on or about A pril 7, i965, which petition was
then referred to Lhe Planning Co�raission for investigation, study and public hearing,
and a public heazing having been held thereon an or about April 28, I96S, all
pursuant to notice of hearing duly published and pasted as pravided by 2aw; and said .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �ENTON AS

rezoned to Business District (B-1); the City Engineer and the Planning Director
are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of ,the Zaning Ordinance, as
ac�ended� to evidence said rezoning• �enera�lty located alang both s�des
