ZONING CLASSIFICATIOH �F CERTtiIN PROPERTY WITHIN �'HE CITY OF
RENTON FROM GENER[�L CI.ASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G-7200) TO
BUSIN�SS DISTRICT (B-1) tiND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3) �
WHEREL�.S under Chapter VII, Title IV (Business Regulations) of Ordinarice No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and
the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbel�ow described has
heretofore been zoned as General Classification (G-7200), and
UJHEREAS a proper petition for change of 2one classification of said property
has been filed witi� the City Clerk on or about May 5, 1965, which petition was then
and a public hearing having been
referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public �iearing,/held
ichereon on or about May 26, 1965; ali pursuant to notice of hearin� duly published and
posted as provided by la�a; said u�atter having been duly considered by the Planning
Coff,mission, and all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in �

hereby rezoned to Residential District (R-3) except for the north 29� feet of the herei�=

Business District (B-1) ; the City Engineer and the Planning Director are hereby authorized
to change the ffi ps of the Zoning Ordinaiice, as amended, to evidence said rezoning:

23 N, R 5 E.W.M. , EXCEPT the South 833` thereof and LESS County Rd:
