I ZONING CLASSIFZCATION {7F CERTt�ZN PROPERTISS t�IITHIN THE CI'FY OF
RENTOlY FRQM GENERAL CLASSIFICATION UISTRZCT (G} TO HE�YY IN�?USTRY
(H-1) [3ND LIGHT INDUSTRY (L-1) RESPECTIVELY.
WHEREAS under Chapter VZI, Title IV (Business Regulations) af Ordinance No.
1628 known as the "Code of Gc�neral prdinances af tY�e City of Reaton°`, as amended, ar�d
the mags adopted in canjunction therewith, the grc�ertiea hereinbelow described haue hereto-
fore been zoned as General Classificatian (G) , and
WHEREAS a proper petitian far change of zone classifica�ion of said properties
has been filed with the City Clerk on or about May S, 1965, which petition was then
and a public hearing having been
referred to tt�e Plar►ning Commissian far investigation, study and p�zblie hearingfheld
therepn on or about May 26, 1965, all pursuant to noti.ce of hearing duly published and
posted as provided by law; said matter havi�g been d�ly considered by the pianning
Commission and certain modifications having been raade by it, and all parties having
been heard appearing in support thereof or in apposition thereta, NOW THEItEFC3RE
BE IT QRDAINED BY THE MAYQR AND THE GITY COttNCIL OF THE GITY QF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The following described properties i.n the City of Renton are
hereby rezaned ta Heavy Industry District (H-1) except far the sou�h 50{� feeG of said
property which is hereby rezoned to Light Zndustry (L-1) ; the City ��gineer and the
Planning Director are hereby autharized to change the mags of the Zoning Ozdinanc�, as
amended, to evidence said rezoning;
