S�IHEREAB, under Chapter VII, Ti�le IV (Business Regu�.ations� of �rdinan�e No.
I628 known as the "Code af General O�dinances of the City of Rentan'', as amended, and
the maps adopted in conjanetion therewith, the praperty hereinbelow described has
heretofare be�n zoned as Genexal Classification District (�5-1.)' and
WHEREAS, a proper petition for change o� �one classi.fic�tiot� o� s�i.d prope rty
h�s been fi,led wifh the City C1erk on or about May 6� 1965 which petiticin tvas �hen
referred �o �he Planning Commis�ion for investigation, s�udy and publ.ic heari�g} and
