CONS�RUCTION FUND (ACGOUNT N0. 7150}Q°; TRANSFERRING AND
APPROPRZATING THE �UM OF $500,000.00 FROM"WATERWALZKS t3'�ILITY
FUND N0. 7120'�.
WHEREAS the City of Re�ton hereto€ore passed and adopted Ordinance No: 2151
under date of t�gril 26, 1965 sgecifying and adogting a syster,� of additions to and
betterments and extension of the waterworks utility of the City and providing far the
issuance and sale of $SOO,p00.00 par value of "City of Rentoi� Water and Se�ier Revenue
Bonds, i965°', and
WHEREAS the proposed expenditures for such improvements, additions and
betterments have been duly budgeted in the City's 1965 Budget o'Waterworks Utility
Fund, Aceount No. 7120'�, and
WHEREAS it is advisable and in the best interest of Ch� City ta transfer and
appropriate said sum of $S(?4,OOQ:QO, as hereinafter iaore particularly set forth,
frow said "Glaterworks Utility Fund, Account No. 7120°' unto a new fund, NUW THEREFOItE

as follows;
Section 1: The above findiz�gs and recft�ls are hereby fr�und and determzned
to be true and correct in a11 respects. There is hereby created and established a
new fund to be hereafter known and designated as 4�19b5 Water and Sewer Construction
Fund, Accaunt No. 7150" and the Citp Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to take aII necessary steps tp establish said fund«
2here is hereby transferred and appropriated €ram the City`s "47aCerworics
