?ANE CLASSIFICAZ'ION OF CERTAIN PROP�i2TIES WITHIN THE CZ'TY
OF RT..i�TTON FI20M GENERAL CLA3SIFIGATION DISTRICT (G) TO HEAVY
INDUSTRY DISTRICT (H-1) AND BUSINFSS PARKING CBP) RESPECTIVELY.
WHE&EAS under Chagter VII , Title IV (Business 12egulations) of Ordinance No. 16�8
known as the '�Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton`t, ae amended, and th��
m�p3 adopted in conjuaction therewith, the properties hereinbelow described `,ti� -: �.�..����-

� WHEREAS a prop�r petition for change of zone classification of said properties
ha� been fi1e8 with the City Clerk on or about May Z5; 1985, which petitian was then
referred to the Planning Commission for £nvestigatioa, study and public hearing,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about June 23, 2965, all pur-
suant to notice of hearing duly published and posted as provided by law; said matter
ha�rin� been duly considered by the Planning Cot�aiesion and certait� modifications
having been made by it, and all partie� having been heard appesring in support there-
of or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAiNED IIY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF T"�iiE CITY OR RENTUN AS FOLL()`"
SECTION I: The following described progerties in the CITY OF RENTON are hereby
rezoned to Heavy Industry District (H-1) except for the weaterly sixty (64) Feet
of the hereinbelow described property which is hereby rezoned to Business Parking CBF) ;
the City Engineer and the Planning Director are hereby autharized to change the maps
of the Zoning Ordinance� as amended, ta evidence said rezoning:
That portion of Government Lot 7 in Section 25� Township 23 North�
Range 4 �ast W.M. , Zying West of the Puget Sound Electric Rail�aay's
former right of way and East of Secondary State Highway No. �-M (State 181)
(West Va1Zey Road) , EXCEPT the Sonth 923 feet; situste in the City
of Renton, County oE King, State of Washington.
(The above property is located on West Valley Highway aL north
boundary of City of Renton ju�t south of the building at 171Q0

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in �ull force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
