BE IT ORLIAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CIZY COUNCIL QF TE�E CITY OF REN'PaN AS
FOLLfJWS:
SECTION I: Existing Section 10.-102 of Chagter 1, Title X (Traffic Code) of
�rdinance No, 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is

hereby anended by edding an additional sub-paragraph to said Section 10..102 of
�hapter 1, which additional sub�paragraph sha31 rsad as fol�ows:
' Whenever reference is made in the City's Traff ic Code to "City
Fngineer" then said reference shall r�ean the "City Traffic
Engineer" who sha31 be so designated and appointed by the
City Engineer, _ - �..�-�i.,__,�,'...--�i_' .��3���•
and such Traffic Engineer, in lieu of the City Engineer, shall
have a21 the rights and duties specif ied in said Traff ic Code.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in fu12 force and effect froz� and after
�,ts passage, approva2 and legal publication.
