AN ORDIl\TAI�E �' THE C ITY OF RENTON WASHINGTON VACATING

A PORTION OF 77th AVE. S. WITHIN THE CIT'Y OF RENTON� WASH–
INGTON
WHERFAS a proper petition for vacating a portion of a certain street as herein�-
after more particularly described was duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Rento>:
on or about August _5, 1965, said petition being signed by the owners of more than two--
thirds of the property abutting upon said portion of the street sought to be vacated;
and
WHEREAS the City of Renton by Resolution No. 1325 � and after due invest–
igation did f ix and determine the 25th day of October, 1965 at the hour o€ 8:Q0 P,M., in
the Council Chambers of the City of Renton to be the time and pl�ce for public hearing
thereon, and directed the Clerk to g�,ye notice of such hearing in the manner provided ,
by law; and such notice having been duly given and published and all persons having been
heard appearing in favor of or in opposition there to; and i
WHEREAS the Planning Commission having heretof ore recommended the vacation of
said portion of the street and said vacation being found to be in the pub2ic interest and
for the public bene€it and no injury or damage to any person or properties will result
theref rom; NCJW THEREFORE

SECTION I: The following portion of 77th Avenue South, to--wit:
That portion of 77fh Avenue South Iocated between the Northerly marg�n of
�outh 153rd Street and the Southerly margin of F.A.I. 405, aIl situate in Renton,
King County, Wa�hington
EXCEPT the southerly 15 feet thereof. ,
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY VACATEAy
