CONIMUNXZY FACILITIES PLAN AS PART OF THE CITY'S COMPREHEN-
SIVE PIAN FQR THE PH'YSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF RENTON.
WHLREAS the City o� Renton has hereto£are adopted and re-adopted a Camprehensi�e
Plan £ar the physical development of the City of Ret�ton and
WH�REAS said Comprehensive Plan zequires th� i.mpiementation thereoE by the
adoption af standards, regu2ations and rules including the adaption of a Co�munity
Facil ities Plan and
WiiERE�AS the Planning Commissian of the City of Renton arid the City Council
have heretof ore held publ ic hea rings as to the advisab iI ity of adopting such pl.an, and
such pnbiic hearings having been held or� or about August 25, 1965 and Navember 22, 1965
and all garties ap�searing in favor af ar in appositir�n to said "Community Faci2ities
Plan", as an implementation af said Comprehensive Plan, having been dulp h�ard at such
hearings, NL�J 'I`HEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINEI3 BY TNE MAYOR ANF? THE CITY C{Ill11CII, OF `I� �IT"Y flF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That certain Community Facilities Plan, 1965, a capy of which is
attached herefio and incarporated herein as iE fully set forth, is herebp adopted as
an implecnentatian af the City's ='Comgrehensive Plan" for the physical deve2opment of
the City c�f Rercton". ,
SECTION II: It shall be the cantinuing duty o�' tt�e Planning Cpmmission Lo
observe the develapment of the City and its environs in relation to the Comprehensive
Plan, and the i.aiplementations thereto, and ta prepare reports and submit same to the �
Gity Council from time to time and whenever necessary,
