AN ORDINANCE OF THE CiTY OF RENFON, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING AN °tARTERIALS
AND STREET PLAN" AS PART OF THE CI1`Y'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS the City of Renton has heretofore adopted and re-adopted a Compre':e�� i
sive Plaa for the physical development of the City of Renton which Plaa has heretofore
been amended and implemented from time to time, and
WHEREAS said Comprehensive Plan further requires the implementation by
means of adopting, as a part thereof, an "Arterials and Street Plan", and
WHEREAS the Planniag Commission of the City of Reaton has heretofore duly
prepared such a plan as a part of and as an implementation of the Comprehensive Plan
heretofore adopted, and publfc hearings having been held by the Planning Commission or�
said 'PArterials and Street Plan" on orabout July � and August ,�, 1965, and a fur:�'�r-:
public hearing having been held before the City Council of the City of Renton oa or
about December 13, 1965 in the Council Chambers of the Citq of Renton, after due notic�
thereof, aad all parties appearing in favor of or in oppo�tion to said implementing
plan having been duly heard at such hearings, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TSE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY -OF REI3TOD',
WBSHII�TON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That certain "Arterials and Street Plan", a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth, be and the same,_is her��,. ,
adop.ted as a part of and in further implementation of the City's 'Comprehensive Plan fc:-�
the physical deveiopment of the City of Renton'°.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and �fte�
its passage, approval and legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 20th day of December, 1965.
