AN ORDIl�'AI�'CE OF TI� CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CNANGING -
THE ZONING CIASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CIASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G)
TO MANUFAC'IURING PARK DISTRICT (N�-P)
W�REAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628
known �s the "Cade of General ordinances of the City of Renton"; as amended, and the
maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore
been zoned as General Classification D�strict (G) and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classif ication of said property •
has been f iled with the City Clerk on or about December 1, 1965, which petition was
then du2y referred to the Planning Comaaission for investigation, study and pub2ic
hearing, and a public hearirig having been h�lc���reon on or about December 22, 1965,
all pursuant to notice of hearing dulp published and posted as provided by lew; aad
said matter having been duly considered by the Planning Commission, and said rezoning
being in con£ormity with the City's Comprehen8ive Flare�, and alI parties having been �
heard appearing in supportthereof or in opposition thereto, Not+l ZHEREFORE

SECTION I: Z'he following described property in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned to Manufacturing Park District (M-P); the City Engineer and the Pianning Director
are- hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zonang Ordinance, as amended,
to evidence said rezoning, as failows:

of Section 19, Twp, 23 N, R 5 E, W.M. , lying northerly of the Northern
Pacific Railway Company's right of way; except the westerly 73.'7' thereof. .
