THG ZONING CIASSIFICATION �F' C�R'1�iIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF RENTON FR�'I SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT (S-i) TO
RES IDENT]'AL DIS Z`RICT (R-3)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No. 2628
known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and the
raaps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelaw described has heretofore
been zoned as Suburban Residence District (S-1) and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classif ication of said property
has been f iled with the City Clerk on or about 1Vovember 29, 1965, which petition was
then duly reEerred to the Planning Commission for inv�stigation, study and public
hearing, and a pub2ic hearing having been held thereon on or about December 22, 3965,
all pursuant to notice of hearing duly published and posted as provided by law; aad
said matter having been duly considered by the Planning Commission, and said rezoning
being in conformity with the City�s Comprehensive P2ans, and alI parties having been
heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOGT THEREFORE '
BE IT ORDA INED BY Zl�E MAYOR AND THE CTZY COUNC IL OF THE CI1Y � RENT'ON AS
FOLLaWS:
SECTION 1: The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned to Resia�ntial District (R-3); the City �ngineer and the Planning Director are
hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as ameaded,
to evidence sa id re zoni.ng, a s f ol l aws s
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 19, Lati.mer's Lake
� Park Addition, according to plat recorded in Vol. 18 of Plats,
Page 63, in King County, Washit�gton;
property located on 90th Avenue South between Sot�th 128t�
and South 127th Streets,
