WH&REAS under Chapter V.II, Title I�V (Business Reg.ulations) of Ordirtance PIo..
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended,
and ttie maps adopted in con�anction therewith, the property hereinbelow described h�s
heretofore been zoned as Residenzial DisCrict (R-2): and
WfiEREAS a proper petitian. for cha�ge of zone classification of said property
has been filed wi:th the City Cierk on or about December 14, 1965, which petition was
then duly referr.ed to the Planning Commission for investigatian, study and public
hearing, and a publ3.c hearing having been held thereon or�. or about January 26, 196b,
�11 pursuant to notice of heari.ng duly published and pos_ted as provided by law; �nd

being in conformity with the City's Comprehensive PZans., and all parties having been

rereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amer_ded,

(property located on Garden and Meadow Streets between Second Ave. ,
