are hereby authorized and directed to change the tiaps of the Zoning Ordinance, as
amended, to evidence said rezoning, as fol?o���s:
Portion of the H. H. Tobin Donation Claim in thP Y7ortheast Quarter
of Section 18, Towa�ship 23 rlorth, Range 5 �ast, W.M. , described as
follows: Beginning 190.40 feet 47est 2nd 335 feet rlorth of the South-
east corner of a two acre tr�ct of 2and sold to D. C. Mitchell by
Chas. Bruhn, April 26, 1900; thence D?orth 200 feet; thence West 100
feet; thence South 200 feet; thence East 100 feet to the place of
beginning; all situate in Renton, King County, Washington
(�roperty located on N:W:- corner of Tobin and Shattuctc Street,
between Shattuck Street- and Lake Street)
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publicatinn.
