AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASAINGTON, CHANGING
THE ZON�NG CLASSIFICATION OF CERTA.IN PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF RENTON FROM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R=1) to RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT (R-3)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No.
1628 knnwn as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and
the m�ps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as Resfdential District (R-1), aad
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property
has beeA fil� witb the City Clerk on or abou� Jaauary 6, 1966, which petition was
then duly referxed to the Planning Co�n�ssion fur investigation, study and public
hearing, and a pubiic hearit�g having been held thereon on or about .Tannary 26, 1966,
aIl pursuaat Co notice of hearing duly published and posted as provided by law; and
said matter having been_ duly considered by the Planaing Commission, and said rezoning
being ia conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plans, and all parties having beea
hsard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW TIiEREPORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TIiE CiTY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
POvLOWS:
SECTION I: The following described property in the City of Reaton is hereby
=�?oned to Residentia2 District (R-3) ; the City Engineer and the Planaiag Director
are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as
^�ended, to evidence said rezoning, as follows;

County, Wash. running thence South, along the E line of Sec. 8, 1114.39`;
thence South R9°32'20" W, 528.0' to the point of true beginning; thence N
parallel to the east line of said Sec. 8, 125.7'; thence south 89°05'20"'
W 127.5' ; thence N 88°22'30" i�I 64.5' ; thence N 89°43'00'= W 114.4' ; thence
