ZONING CLASSIFICATIQN OF CERT�IN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
RENTON FROM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT {R-i) TO RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
(R-3)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV �iBc�`i=ld:in.g R�gu2ations) of Ordinance T?o.
162� knawn as the '�Code of Geacral Ordinancesof the City of Renton", as amended,
and the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the prope rty hereinbelow describec3 h�:
heretofore bee� zoned as Residential .District (R-1), and
WHERE�S a proper petition for change or zone classification of said
property has been filed with the City Clerlc on or about February 4, 1966, which
petition was then duly referred �o the Pl.anning Commission,. for investigatiori, stud�
and public hearing, and a pub2ic hearing having been held thereon on or about Febru^r;,-
23, 1966, a12 pursuant Co notice of hearin� duly published and posted as provided h;
law; and said rnatter having been duly considered by Che Planning Commission, and s<�.'.:.'.
rezoning being in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plans, and a22 parties

BE IT ORDAINED IlY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COtI�ICIL OF TAE CITY QF RE"1TON ���
FOLLOWS:
� SECTION I: The following described property in the City of R�nton is
hereby rezoned to Residentisl District (R-3) ; the.City Engineer and the Planni�g
Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ord�n.�.-��-
as amended, to evidence said rezoning, as follows:
North 140.35 feet of East half of Northwest t�uarter of Northwest
�uarter af SouthwesC Quarter of IVorthwest Quarter of Section 9,
Township 23-North, Range S E. ,GJ..M. LESS North 15 feet for Road;
LESS South 20,67 feet of the East 76 feet thereof.
