WHEREP,S a proper petition for vacating a portion of a cer�ain, street as herein-
after �ore pat#�,eularly described was de�ly filed with the City Clerk of the CITY QF
RENTON, WASHII�T�N, on or abaut 3anuary 12� 1966, said petitian being si�aed by the
owners of mare than two-�thirds of the property abutting upon said portion af tt�
s.treet sought to be vacated; and
��]HEREA�S the CITY OF RENTON by Reaolation No. 1360, end after due investiga�iort

did f ix and de�er�iae the 14th dey of March, 1966 at the hour of 8;00 P.M. in the
Council Chaabers of the CITY OF RENTON to be the time and pZace for public heari.ng
there.on, and directed the Clerk to give notiee of said hearing fn the manner pravided
by law; and such notice having been duly given and published and alI persons having
been heard appearing in favor of or in opposition thereto; and ,
WHEREAS the Planning Commission having heretofore recommended the vac&tion af I
said portion of �he street and said vacation being found to be in the pnblic interest
and for the pubiic ber�efit and no injury or damage to any person or properties will
result therefrQra� and the CITY having determined and elected to r�tain an easement
�or certain utilit� p�rposes as hereinafter set forth� N�FI THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI� MAYQR AI�3 THE CITY COUI�CIL OF THE CITY Og RENTON AS
FOLLOWS:

That certain po,rtion of South 130th Street located
between 87th Avenue South and 88th Avenue South,
all situated in Renton� King County� Washington
