ZONING CIASSIFZCATION OF CERTElIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
RENTON FROM SUBURBAN R$STDENfi7AL DISTRICT (SR-1) TO APARTIKEI�
HOUSES AI�ID Mf1LTIPLE DWELLINGS (R-4)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII� Title IV (Building Regularions) of Ordinance No.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of itenton", as amended, �
and the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as SUBURBAN RESIDENT'1AL DiSTRICT (SR-1)� and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone c2assification of said property
has been filed with the City Clerk on or about March 4, 1966, which petition was then
duly referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and pubZic hearing,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about March 23, 1966, all pursuant
to notice of hearing duly published and posted as provided by law; and said matter
having been duly considered by the Plannfng Commission, and said rezoning being in
conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plans and aI2 parties having been heard
appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NQ,1 THEFtEFORE

SECTION I: The following described property in the City of Renton ;s hereby
rezoned to "Apartment Houses and Multiple Dwellings" (R-4 District), the City Engineer
anci the Planning Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of
the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to evidence said rezoning, as follows:
That portian of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 2U-23-5 described as
follows: Beg. at the intersection of the NELY line of
Benson Rd. with the south line of said Sec 20 then I�WLY
along said NELY road line 734.63' to the true point of
beg., then SELY along said NELY road line 33Q.99• then
N 87�31'41" E 772.44' , then 0°13'18" E 3i7.81t to a +
point which bears N 87�31'41" E from the true point of
beg., then S 87°31'41" W 906.51 ' to the true point of beg.
Property located on Benson Highway� Puget Drive and 106th Ave. S.E.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in fuli force and effect from and .after
its passage, approval and legal publicafiion.
