RENTON FROM GENERAL CIASSIFICATIOn DISTRICT (G-7200) TO RESI-
DENT?AL DISTRICT (R-3)
t�1HEREAS UP]BER Chapter VII, Title iV (Bui2ding Regulations) of Orc�inance No�
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amended, and
the m�ps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as GENERAL CI.�ASSIFIGATION DISTRICT (G-7200)., and
� t+IHER�S a proper petition for change of zone classif ication of said property
has been fiied with the City Cl�rk on or about February 26, 1966. which petition was then
duly referred to the Planning Commission far investigation, study and public hearing,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about Nlarch 23, 2966, all pursuant
to notice of hearing duly published and posted as provided by law; and said matter
having taeen duly considered by the Planning Commission, and the petitioners having duZy
agreed to certain changes and amendments to this petition, and said rezoning request;
as revised, being in conformity with the Czty's Comprehensive Plans and all parties
having been heard appearing in support thereof or in a�iposition thereto, NGt�d T't�.EREFORE

SECTION Ic The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby
rezoned to Residential Di:strict (R-3); the City Engineer and the Planning Director
are hereby autho�ized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance; as
amended, to evidance said rezoning,. to-wit:.
