and a �ublic hearing havin�; been held thereon on or about April 27, 1966, all pursuant
to notice of hearing duly �+ublished and posted as provided by 2atv; and said matter
having been duly considered by the Plannin� Commission, and said petition for rezoning
being in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plans and all parties l�avin� been

hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ord3nance, as. amended,
to evidence said rezoning, to•��it:
