BE iT �?$DAINEII BY THE MAYOR AND THE CIZ`Y C:OUIdCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS E'G1LIA�^jS: SECTION; I: Existing Sectian 10-705 of Title X <Traffic) of�Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "CODE OF GENB�,AL ORDZNAI�CES OF THE CITY OF REN'I�ON" is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTLON 10.705 A3 AMENDED: LEGAL PARKING: G7t�enever any vehicle shall be parked within the area designated aa a parking space or next to a parking meter� on any day beCween the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. except on the following designated holidays: 3anuary lst ENew Yeas's Day) July 4th CIndepeadence Day) February 12th (Lincoln's Birthday) I.abar Day Februacy 22nd (GJashington•s sirthday) Oct�ber 22th (Columbus Day) I�emorial Day . Any person charged wzth an offense under this Section may post bail. with the Traffic Violations Bureau of the Police Gourt of the City of ttenton in t�e sum o£ - 'I�wo Dollars ($2.00) if so posted within seven (7) days £rom the date of such notice or in the sum of Five DoZlars (�5.+�0) if so posted a�fter the seventh day and befflre the thirtieth day from the date of such notice and such baii may .then. be forfeited or trial may be requested as authorized by Iaw.
