the maps in conjunction therewith, the properties hereinbelow described h2� heretofore
been zoned as SUBUR�IN R�SIDENT�L DISTRICT (SR-1), and
GJHEREAS, a petition for change of zone classification of said properties has
been f iled with the City Clerk on or about June 2, 1966, which petition was then duly
regerred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing and a
public hearing having been held thereon on or about July 27, 1966, and said matter
having been duly considered by tt�e Planning Comaission and said rezoning request .
