t�HEREAS under Chapter VII , Title IV (Building Regulations) or Ordinance No. ,
1628 known as the "Code o€ GeneraZ Qrdinances of the City of Rer�ton", as amended,yand

the maps in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore
been zoned as GF�fi1ERAL CLASS�FiCATION DISTRICT (G-6000) , and
t�HEEREAS, a petition for ehange of zone classificatifln of said property has

taeen filed with Lhe City Clerk on or about Juiy 1, 1966, which petition was then duly
referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public hearing and
a public hearing haviag been held thereon on or about July 27, 1966, an8 said matter
having been duly car�sidered by the Planning Com�ission ac�d said reaoning request

parties having been heard apQearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THF If�AYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF TftE CITY OF RIIY1t�N AS

SECTIOPT I: The following described praperty in the City of Reatfln is hereby
rezoned to Light Industry District (L-1} ; the City Engineer and the Ptanning Director
are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as
amended, to eviden�e said rezoning, to-wit:
Biock 27, Lots 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, and portion of Lot 46
(adjacent to State Highway Overpass) C.D. Hi2lcnan's Earlington
Gardens �#1.
(situated on S. 148th Street between 87th Ave. S. and
State Hwy. Overpass of Freeway)
SECTtON II: This Ordinance shal2 be in full force and effect from and after
