I 7ANING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
RENT�ON F1�M SINGLE RESIDENCF DISTRICT CR-1� 'IO �{ESIDENZTAL
DISTRICT (R-3)
WHE�EAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) or Ordinance Nfl.
1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton", as amen@ed� and
the maps in conjunetion therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore
beea zoned asySINGLT RESIDENCE DISTRICT C�2-1), and
41HERFAS, a petition for change of zone classification of said property has
been filed with, the City Clerk on or about July 5, 1966, which petition was then duly
referred to the Planning Commission For investigation, study and public hearing and a
public hearing havic►g been held thereon on or a�ut July 27, 2966, and said matter
having been duly considered by the Pla nning Commissioa and said rezoning request,

SECTION I: 'I`he following described property in the City af Renton is tiereby
rezoned to Residential District (R-3) ; the City Enginesr and the Planning Director
are hereby author ized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance� as
amended, to evidence said rezoaing, to-wit:
The North 179.25 feet of the West 150 feet of the North half

quarter of the Northwesfi qe�arter af Section 9, Township 23
North, 2ange 5 E.W.i�l. , EXCEPT the S•lest 30 feet and the North
